You may order Products from the Doris and Lils Facebook page by commenting on a recent post
or messaging the Facebook account directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
We accept payment by cash or PayPal only. You agree to pay for all Products ordered via the
Facebook account, including any applicable taxes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will not make any effort to ship your order, Products are for collection only at the
address provided to you upon request. We will make reasonable effort to provide an accurate
collection time periods, however cannot guarentee collection times will not change.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless otherwise stated.
In the event that a product is damaged or defective upon collection, we may, at our discretion,
offer a replacement or exchange. Any request for a replacement or exchange must be made immediately
upon collection. It is your responsibility to ensure the Products collected meet your expectations.
